This Preorder Policy is a set of guidelines & rules that Mystery Planet Pty. Ltd establishes for their preorder process. This policy outlines the terms and conditions of preordering a product.
It is the customer’s responsibility to read and understand this information before proceeding to place a preorder online via mysteryplanet.com.au website.
WHAT IS A PREORDER?
A preorder refers to a product that is available for preorder before its official release or launch date. Customers can order the product online in advance and receive it when it becomes available in store.
Pre-orders are a special order that has been made exclusively for you, it has been paid for and is in production or transit.
CAN I CANCEL MY PREORDER?
Refund Policy: Customers can cancel their order anytime and we will issue store credit of the same value. Preorder items are not eligible for a refund.
Preorders will be sent to customers nominated shipping address after the product arrives in store and has been processed.
The preorder will state the expected release date of the product, as well as any potential delays or changes in the release date.
Availability is to be used as a guide only, availability can change without notice due to demand and in-store purchases.
Customers will be notified immediately of any changes to the preorder via email or telephone.
Please note when ordering a 'preorder' item, we ask that you check out and pay for the order separately to other items you would like to purchase. This will allow us to ship your other non-preorder items straight away. Your preorder will then be sent after the arrival date.
Coupon codes are not allowed to be used on preordered items. If a coupon code is used on a preordered product, Mystery Planet will issue a refund in full and ask the customer to place the order again without using a coupon code.
